Shippensburg ResNet Help Desk will provide a single point of contact for students experiencing problems relating to personal computer systems and ResNet connectivity. We are dedicated to providing Shippensburg students a professional and efficient technical support experience for all issues concerning:

ResNet Connectivity

Wireless Connectivity to ResNet

Gaming Console Connectivity to ResNet

Computer Clean-up of Virus, Spyware, Malware, etc.

University Provided Software Installation and Maintenance

Through working as a team to address all concerns brought to our attention, we will ensure that productivity is achievable at its highest level for all of our customers. Our priority is to serve the technical support needs of on-campus housed students at Shippensburg University as it pertains to their vital connection to the Shippensburg ResNet. In addition to this, we will provide support to those students living off-campus when they are attempting ResNet access via wireless connection.
